Personal Interior Design Work

A collection of interior design photo-illustrations and mood-boards done for family and friends.

Visualizations made in Photoshop in collaboration with interior designer Alexandria Wildesin to pitch my dad on the idea of dark trim for his historic home’s study. Once we narrowed down our choices to the blue color palette, Alexandria pitched the specific color and fabric swatches. The final result is a dramatic yet cozy space, perfect for getting tasks done.

Photo-illustration made for my brother and sister-in-law who wanted help warming up their modern gray house with new furniture. They had already selected the Design Within Reach sofa, but wanted a visual for the CB2 furniture to be sure that the pieces came together as a cohesive whole. I pitched them on the Noguchi table and on brightening up their lighting with new LED bulbs to create a warmer and more playful space.

Photo-illustrations created to demonstrate house staging principles. In this example, oversized furniture is placed in storage to allow potential buyers to see how large a room can feel when it isn’t crowded. Images were created using Apply Design software and Photoshop.
